Find somewhere else to store your belongings. I went to put things in storage unit C-629 & was greeted with a horrendous of mouse & rat feces. I opened a pack of 4 sticky glue traps. The next day I went back to clean out the unit. 2 sticky traps were GONE! 1 trap had a mouse stuck to it so the other 2 traps must have been carried away by something BIG. I united a claim to get the last month of rent back because of the time it too to Clean every surface of plastic tubs & shelves. Thank goodness I did not have much that was not store in a tub. Even some tubs were so gross & could not be cleaned. SmartStop self storage Denied the claim to reimburse the last months rent. Go anywhere else. Just not store #4020 on Jim Johnson Road. Also, I reserved a RV parking spot & when got there, they said that spot was not available & said I had totaled spot on hat cost double the price of the other spot. If I could review with No Stars I would.

This location worked for me. Online sign up was quick and easy. Went in to the office to validate my account and receive a unit number. Process was smooth. Louis was personable and very helpful.

LUIS AND KAHLIA ARE AMAZING BUT. There a guy here with a camper and he stays all night. He had a dog that isn't on the leash. His kids are yelling he's playing loud music and is speeding through the property. That is not okay

We went to the Plant City facility and spoke with Louis. He was very professional, answered all our questions and we reserved a space. Louis explained all the process including the lease, move in tips and allowed us to view the space we were getting. Definitely would recommend this storage company.
