The price and size of the unit I got, definitely is on par with the local competition, but still slightly beats the others. I mentioned the deal to a few other places (without mentioning StorSafe) and a couple of em said they could beat the deal, but only by a couple bucks.. here's exactly why I went with this place (Melbourne/Pineda location): obviously the price was generous (since all but 2 places could just barely beat the price, based on size, alone), the lot is pretty small and I like the idea of eventually having some sort of frequency with meeting other tenants (or w/e ya call em at storage units.. it's not tenant though, but I'll just say that lol) because the odds of people helping each other in any way are higher when it's a small spot, I like that upon entering it's got a camera at head level (so they aren't just going to bother people base on vehicle plates like most places.. they see who typed the code. In a neighborhood, thats outrageous. In a place to secure my stuff while I'm hardly ever there? I like it), the cameras aren't intrusive (aiming into units if they're opened, like the last storage place I had.. actually I just happened to have 1 of 5 that were like that. Didn't notice til months later), but THE NUMBER ONE THING that I find to be THE BEST of this place is that out of ALL THE OTHER PLACES that were near and even the ones that barely beat the price is that while they all close access from about 7PM to 11PM.. THIS ONE is actually 24HR ACCESS! That was the deal breaker! My ole lady is a night owl and tends to lose track of time when she's going through her stuff and organizing it all (lol that got us booted from 2 places.. sry babe! Not trying to make u look bad at all!) and I'm usually wiped out after work and don't feel like doing much of anything (like hauling stuff) til a few hours of chillin out (so like earliest, about 7PM). All the work it took me to fill up the 3 storage places I've had in the past, was all in a huge rush, because I only had 1-2hrs of motivated time and opportunity.. this 24HR thing works out AMAZINGLY! The only reasons for 4 stars, instead of 5, are that 1)there's no bathroom lol. LUCKILY there's a Sunoco like a quarter mile north on US-1.. but when u gotta go real bad outa nowhere, that gate opens SOOOO SLOOWWWW haha. 2) signing up was actually a royal pain. I understand and it didn't make me angry or anything.. but 1 slight mistake on the representatives end, turned from what should've been 30min tops (to have access and be done with the bureaucracy stuff, turned into 3.5hrs! He got all the right information, input it to the system for the right location, but submitted it to the wrong location. It took him a long time to figure out what happened (I get it though lol. He opens the file and sees Melbourne, just didn't know the file was sent to another place). Although all of it was done that way, the issue was that I had an access code for the wrong place haha! So, not only did he have to hunt the cause of the issue down, but I had to find a way to get a hold of him, and this AI "Zoey" bot thing, that texts and answers the phone automatically, kept complicating the situation. BUT I'm a patient man, my pissed off ole lady hadn't killed me yet, and by about 4AM, we finally had an access code and the lock code.. quite a mess lol. But all in all, I do appreciate the persistency to fix that even at such crazy hours. From what I gather, this is a somewhat newly built place? Relative to my memory at least. 1 week if moving stuff there, the lot did seem kinda rough.. doing construction my whole life, I was honestly considering to get in touch with the owner, just to fix some things up.. it's been about 5 or 6 weeks now and MAN what a world of a difference already! They got someone out there doin some justice to the place, cuz there were TONS of small issues I noticed at first, and now I just find myself looking for any when I need a break! A realistic rating (in my opinion), I'd say 9.5 out of 10.. may not be everyone's cup of tee, but I totally dig it!

It’s been ridiculous since the beginning first I got a storage unit to move all my mother stuff into it because she was moving out of her apartment and I had a girlfriend that I guess stole my information. Somehow she hacked into my phone and got my email and she went to the store safe location in Palm Bay. She ended up. I ended up finding out later and have a firm that She actually is now the girlfriend of somebody who works at the store safe and Palmbay has his initials are PJ however I just came up to my unit now my lock is not working because I did purchase a unit up here in so I like beach well North Melbourne And now cannot get inside my storage unit and was just here a few days ago and I just paid my rent. I went to the locker code on the app, and I typed in the coordinates as stated to no avail.

the price is right at this unit, but the customer service is terrible, you have to speak to a screen with someone in the Philippines, the check in process was horrendous. They charged me the wrong rates, they charged me for two locks without asking me if I had my own and they charged me for insurance when I had already told them I had my own insurance. I had to get all these credited back, they really need live help at the location.

Good location except for the U-Turn on US1 if you're heading Northbound. Nice units plenty of driveway space Easy access.

Just started renting from them on day. 4I still have not got a correct code to open the gate. No access to my unit 4 days.So far not happy
