Not the best place but it is what it is....one thing for sure they love to raise the rent but still don't have lights for my unit also the doors or elevator are always breaking and have to go around to opposite side of building to access my unit on other corner by broken doors. Bathrooms are usually disgusting as well if you are forced to use because nature calls when it does.

Easy access in and out and plenty of parking. Very secure as you need a code a signed to you to enter the building and to get on the elevator. The staff are very nice and helpful. There are bathrooms for your comfort and the numbers on each unit are large enough to spot from far. It is very clean and lighting is automatic. Make sure you ask for the current special as it saves you a bit and it also changes often.

In need of a self storage unit, I visited Atlantic Self Storage on Race Track Road in St. John’s. There I was pleased with the expert help from Kim, who patiently explained the several options in sizes and pricing. She patiently showed me several units, which took some time because I am handicapped and have only one leg. The elevator and hallways were clean and well lit. The units were all clean and dry. After selecting a unit, Kim and Nick walked me through the various payment options and paperwork. I highly recommend this storage facility, which is run by very professional people, Kim and Nick.
