If you pay your bill on time you will have no problems you won’t even hear from them until the rent increases & that seems to happen often. But I will say I have had my unit for several years & I have never seen a bug,roach or mice droppings the place has had a face lift. I have been very pleased with the facility did not have much contact with staff I paid on line. I needed to borrow a dolly to move a fridge at home and they let me borrow one no questions asked & no charge. Very good experience other than the price. I’m an old man & at one time I could almost rent an apartment for what the storage cost.

Raymond is very helpful. Place is always clean. Customers are good at putting the hand carts at front for everyone’s use.
