He’s professional and polite, and he genuinely makes you feel like your belongings are protected and in good hands. You can tell he actually cares about the people he helps, and that goes a long way.

I had a reservation and became very frustrated when I was told that I could not receive the promotional special because I was already an existing customer. The $1 first-month promotion was canceled for me, and the rate increased significantly. Initially, I was quoted $62 per month for a 10x10 unit, but later I was told the lowest available price would be $98 per month, plus mandatory insurance and a lock. In the end, the total for the first month came out to $153. This company’s promotions are misleading. The advertised specials apply only to new customers, and rates increase quickly afterward. I would not trust their promotional pricing. Additionally, the facility is old and the units are not very clean. The only positive experience was the staff member working there—very kind and professional—which is the reason I am giving two stars instead of one. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and save money by choosing a different storage facility.
