The process of moving is never easy but Benjamin at this Public Storage has lessened to grief I've been having. The place is very clean and very safe. I live from this storage and to know that my things are behind the gates and secured. That is a peace of mind to me. Thank you Benjamin for all of your assistance and because of you I'll keep my space up here rather than move it closer to me!

If it wasn't for Ben, the property manager, I would have given this Public Storage a 4 star rating. I'm not a fan of the short ceiling space. Ben has been extremely gracious to me since the first time I went to the facility. I see him constantly cleaning both the outside and inside. I'm here multiple days a week and I see him out all the time taking care of the facility. He's very good about doing his rounds when it comes to the units themselves. Along with his Excellent work ethic, he just might be the most polite and friendly employee I've ever experienced. I've noticed his personality and character with me and others has been 100% consistent since the day I met him. Btw, his manager is also quite pleasant to speak with, which explains a lot about Ben.

We had a fantastic experience at Public Storage, thanks to the outstanding help from Ben the manager. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist. We needed help with some paperwork and were also looking to upgrade to a larger unit. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain all the details clearly and ensuring we understood every step. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the right unit for our needs and even helped us transition quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and dedicated to customer service. We truly appreciated his patience, attention to detail, and the personal care he showed throughout the process. We’ve had to store things on numerous occasions and the storage units my fiancé chose were ok. I mean they got the job done so I was a little skeptical when he chose this place but I was very surprised when we got there. The prices were great! The manager Sean was amazing. He was extremely helpful while making us laugh. We got a tour of the storage facility as well as showing us two different unit sizes so we could make the best decision for how much we had to store. This place is great! It’s extremely clean and cool inside. I think some of the best things are they give you a month free and they give the truck free if you choose a 10x10 or larger. There’s also a place for coffee Tea or some hot cocoa! They also offer anything you could possibly need for moving. There’s four carts when you start unloading there’s a huge area to unload with an awning so as not to get your things wet if it rains . Very large elevators with padded walls. Which is great if you’re moving furniture. Anyway I highly highly recommend this place!!!! We’re very satisfied customers! 😁

I do not have on autopay as this is what I was instructed to do if I needed to pay on the 5th instead of the 1st every month. I was told this upon setup because that’s when my husband gets paid. So it didn’t come out this month and I was late. I call and explain to Ben, the manager I guess, that the reason I was late is because of going into actual labor and giving birth to my baby. I think he did try but then said, nope sorry nothing could be done. I had a c section. I felt it there was an issue with my anesthesia and I literally felt the pain of being cut into. Ripping, burning. Despite that, giving birth isn’t a good enough excuse to waive a late fee? This is bad business and just added to my level of defeat for the week. Idk when our capitalist society became so greedy that a company would refuse to help a mother, who had just had a baby. If I knew that I’d definitely had gone with a different storage company. Absolutely disgusting practice to not waive a $20 fee from someone who offered to give proof that I was still in the actual hospital with a newborn in the nicu.
