I reserved my storage unit online about a week ago, and the entire process was incredibly easy and convenient. When I went in today to complete everything, there was a very sweet older gentleman I didn’t get to get his name if he was at the front desk who helped me through the rest of the process. He already had my information pulled up and ready to go, which made everything even smoother. All I had to do was review and sign my contract, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. The entire experience was fast, simple, and stress-free. He was very friendly, kind, and professional, which made a great first impression. I truly appreciate how seamless the process was from start to finish. Highly recommend!
