******STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY********** If I could give this place a negative star I would. I started renting a unit from this storage scam when it is was first built. At first the cost was reasonable and low $50ish per month. It was explained to me that there will be rate increases and I acknowledged it. I understand that rate increase are just a normal part of life and I accepted. Here it is 3 or 4 years later and I just received a notice my rates are going up to $140+. That is a nearly 200% increase. Out of curiosity I check to see what the cost it on their website. The current deal is $49 - $57 a month for the 5x5 that I am currently renting. I called to clarify the as a "perspective" renter and the cost (rent, lock, and insurance) came to around $70ish per month. The employee told my if I want to save on rate increases that I could move to another unit and when the rates increase I could change again. This is a scam. While they did inform me of rate increases; they did not explain them to this degree. This being said I strongly suggest all those looking for storage to avoid this facility as all cost!!!! While they are not doing anything illegal, it is high unethical and boarding on the immoral. NOTE: I posted this same review on their website and amazingly it is not being displayed. They are only showing 5 star reviews.

I just wanna start by saying John was excellent, as a single father of 3 looking for a place to quickly move my stuff into due to circumstances he really made that experience much less stressful and completely blew my expectations. I’m very thankful that there are people who love their jobs so much that putting that extra effort is seamless. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this location!
