I really don't understand the bad reviews. Our experience has been the exact opposite. Larry has been wonderful, we access our boat whenever we want or need to, and Larry is always outgoing and friendly. We have stored our boat with him for years without any issues whatsoever. Avilla De Costa RV & Boat Storage has ALWAYS been completely honest and fair in our 2+ years of dealing with them.

doesn't look like much from the front but, when you get to the pools it's pretty awesome. Super secluded! It was my first time here and I must say I'll be back. I wasn't too sure what the "rules" were, so it was to my surprise when other guest started "having fun". If you're looking to just relax, this is the perfect place. If you're looking to have fun, this is the place. Staff was awesome and chatty. Plant life did need a little up keep but other then that, I had a BLAST! I'll be back! Also, don't worry about your body or SIZE, everyone is super cool and open. DONT FORGET SUNSCREEN!

It may not look like much from the front, but as soon as you meet the faculty and see location you'll find them to be ideal! Here you're able to be who you are. "Let it hang loose". The pool offers many luxuries such as nude bathing and playful chatting. But the true fun comes from the guest. Who stretch from far and wide across the globe. Most definitely an opportunity you would not want to pass up!

I had to give 1 star in order to post review but I wouldn't even give it that. LARRY is a crook. He tells you one thing but then does not follow through or changes the terms when he wants to. He allows his friend to dictate to him what he can and can not do. His friend obviously "wears the pants" in the family. It might be cheap, but you get what you pay for....he wont even mail your deposit back. Do yourself a favor and find another place to store your belongings.

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures on the web site; they must've been taken years ago. The place is a dump. I would never stay overnight there or even think of going into the dirty pool.
