He was very kind and went above and beyond to go over details of different options to ensure we had all the information necessary to make the best decision for our needs and was incredibly helpful during our initial drop off. Would also like to mention that the facility is well kept and very clean which is also appreciated.

He generously adjusted my rate and took care of it. I’m thrilled! Highly recommend this place, they take good care of their customers and I plan to stay a long time if this kind of customer service continues.

I've been very pleased with this storage facility. Acquiring a unit online was easy, and the facility is well maintained aside from the automated door which has been inoperable for a month or so. Other than that minor inconvenience, I've been happy with my experience, and Walter in the office has been extremely helpful addressing any concerns.
