I had a really great experience at Public Storage thanks to Josie. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before getting started. Moving and storage can be stressful, but she made it so much easier and smoother. Her customer service was excellent, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me. Had a great experience and the fellow that was there helped me out tremendously and actually upgraded me because I had chosen something that was far too small once I saw it I believe his name was Dave. He was great, former truck driver, very informative and willing to help.. He deserves a raise! Kind, considerate and just great! And my storage unit is like three minutes from my house. I think it’s gonna work out great very clean and tidy as well.

I was helped by Kia. She is very well mannered very respectful and very knowledgeable about the storages spaces . Also went the extra steps to check into further units that I had questions about in regards to storage of a car and home items. I will highly recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for service in the Saint Pete Tampa Bay area

She was very welcoming and Helpful ,being I've never been to this site before and she knew exactly where I had to go,had all the keys I needed and stopped what she was doing to help,and seemed pleased to be of assistance.
