DO NOT use this company. Ive been with them for over 2 years now and when I first got this unit I was told my price of $79 per month was " locked in ". That was the furthest from the truth. Im now paying $141 per month. This company will lie straight to your face. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Building is very clean. Great communication. Questions are promptly answered and very personable staff Carts available to make moving boxes etc much easier.

Started off good. So I thought. After a year of using the facilities, I ended up losing everything I ever owned. All of my family photos, everything sentimental I had. All of my legal documents. Years of home videos of my family. I was in the process of moving. Had just sold my home and was looking for a new one. I always paid my bill. Late a couple of times but I paid all the necessary fees. And right when I was going to get my property out, because of a one day technicality, they said my property went to auction. I asked for the manager. I was told he no longer worked there. Ever since then, I got no answer from calls I placed. I'm 61 years old. That's been a year ago and I still haven't recovered mentally from all that was literally taken from me. Everything I ever owned my entire life was inside that storage container, and they knew that. I was there on the deadline date but they had just closed. I was there the next morning when they opened and they said that they could not accept my money and that my storage was up for auction. I still can't believe they did that to me. Talk about cold-hearted, more like heartless.

This place is the best storage unit I have ever used over 50 years. Secure, eat off the floor clean, including the restrooms in every floor..AND AND very reasonably priced. Carts readily available and all electronics worked every time. But my favorite was the friendly and accommodating team members. You can check other places, but this is a one and done

If you are ever in need of a storage facility this is the place. The self controlled unit was easy accessible and clean. Deb went above and beyond in helping me with monthly rates and reserving/booking a unit. I highly recommend.
