He took the time to explain the different unit options, pricing, and policies clearly, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, which was very important to me. Don went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and answered all my questions without rushing me. If you’re looking for storage and want someone who actually cares about helping you, ask for Don. Highly recommend Prime Storage!

Process was fast and simple young man on the counter introduced me to the virtual manager and he was very nice and gave me a best deal. Young men was very friendly and smart. Even after having issues with door code software they refunded what they charged. Lady reached out to me and apologized. Very clean place & nice employees.

I investigated getting a storage unit here, and got pretty far into the process before I saw their mandatory $18/mo insurance for stored goods. I did not finish signing up. Several weeks later, I noticed that they had charged me for the unit anyway without a signed lease. I called and explained what had happened and was promised a call back. When I didn’t receive it, I disputed the charge with my credit card and got it reversed. Today, I received an invoice for next month. I called again, and was told that “they have to follow their internal procedures” to cancel the storage unit that I didn’t actually sign up for and that “someone from management will have to call me.” I guess their internal procedure is to keep charging me forever. If I could give negative stars I would.

I had an excellent experience at Prime Storage thanks to Luis! Omggggg yall just don’t understand! He was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I got the right unit for my needs, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. And I was already overly stressed with personal life issues. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days — thank you, Luis, for going above and beyond! Please keep up the good work will be sending friends and telling them to to Luis!!!
