The process was easy and office staff was friendly and polite. Everything was explained to were I was able to understand. The rates are very affordable.But most of all I'm really enjoying the app just hit digital access and boom I love it. I can understand that they did have a flood, but the unit has already been cleaned cleared and ready for Us to put furniture back in. I have loaded and unloaded a truck three times and when I go to drop off, no one is there There is no notes saying that they are running on limited business hours or anything Sunday at 12 o’clock. No one is around to get in. Avoid this place at all cost very unprofessional
