When I got there there was a red dot automatic lock and I was unaware of this feature and so were the personnel I spoke to on the phone all 3 calls. Once we figured out how the system works we were able to get access and get into the building perfectly fine. Thank you.

I came in to get a small storage unit, and was met upon arrival by Carlos! Who was amazing by the way. He showed me around and made sure that the unit I was getting would fit my needs and more! We had a small conversation and he made me feel welcome! The place was clean and nice, Carlos was amazing! Thanks again Carlos !

Highly recommended from someone who has been renting storage rooms at various places in various cities for the last 20 years. LOVE this place and Carlos is one of a kind for sure! Friendly, accommodating, goes way above and beyond for his customers. Pricing is really very reasonable. And everything works (elevators electronic entry, etc).
