Location is convenient

Had trouble on day 2 with gate access. There had been a power outage and once restored, the computer system had to be rebooted. We had a very difficult time trying to find a phone number to contact to get help. There should be an emergency contact listed on the front door of the facility since the office is closed over the weekend.

Steep price increases

They raise their prices every six months. Started at $69, now paying $129. This increase is in a three and a half year time frame.

Easy move in!

Units could use some updates inside. New paint, wood, etc. All in all a nice place and nice employee!

I was in a mad rush to get unit and was amazed by helpful this facility was. Absolutely recommend this place

I showed up they had the wrong size unit waiting NOT CLIMATE controlled. Girl at the counter was sitting UNDER the counter clearly high as a kite. Place smelled like weed. I would never leave my belongings here. She was rude. I left and went to extra space storage a mile away. STAY CLEAR FROM HERE

I've been a customer here for at least 3 years. It's a very nice facility and the manager Andrea goes over and above what her basic duties require. I'm a little disappointed that they no longer have 24 hour access as this was the main reason I chose them in the first place but overall this is a great place to store your things.
