Conveniently located for me as I had to downsize. After 6 months, the price went from 39$ per month to 69$ per month. That was not cool. I called to update my auto pay and made a comment about that and the gentleman I spoke to said, he would see what he could do about that. Well, he got it down to 59$ per month. There are so many storage places popping up everywhere offering low cost or free first months that I may have to shop around. I have a small unit with just a few items that would easily be removed but it is a pain in the butt!!

You got to watch these people. They will steal from you. I was 14 days( H ad transportation problems at the time) behind on my bill. Came in paid it~ and paid the next month in advance.. . Gotta ride and try to access my storage room 7-8 days later.. . My account wasn't even in the system.. . And they'd moved all my stuff and locked it up and stole it. My landscape equipment I use to take care of myself and my family.I took that very personally but I would but I was in bad need of a ankle fusion surgery so they got me~!!! Wanted to take them to court and sue them.. . I was very down due to my catastropic injury.. . Now i'm fixed( Emery orthopedic and spine) And back up to Full speed , but they stole from me~ plan and simple~ People kick you when you're down~AMEN~!!! In the report they said I was sleeping in my unit.. . found out a year later.. .THAT WAS A TOTAL LIE~!!! There unscrupulous at best.. . Do not rent from them~!!! They will get you the first chance they get.. . All this happened just before the pandemic hit.. .

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Acworth Storage! From the start, the registration process was straightforward and smooth, making it easy to get set up quickly. The gentleman at the office was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to make sure I understood everything and answering all my questions. The facilities themselves are very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Plus, there are plenty of flatbed carts available, so moving items in and out is easy and convenient. Our storage unit is perfect for our needs, giving us exactly the space and access we were looking for.
