Cindy was hosting the front desk when I came by today for a quick question on billing and an address change. She not only was overly friendly. But explained the 2 easiest way for me to update my billing address myself and offered to do it for me on her system. Awesome person! Awesome customer service! I was a customer for over 3 years. Had the largest unit for the first two years and then was able to get into a smaller unit for the last year. The rates the units start at never stays the same. They are constantly raising prices and not by a little bit either. I had to call the office several times to see if they could cut me a break and not raise it as much. I will say that the employees working at this location were always nice and helpful. The gate was broken for a good amount of the time as well so to me that was not great either.

During my stay in unit a 5x10, the price was increased to $168 per month. Requested that the company review the rate and adjust price. It was refused, this was an outdoor unit. I finally found another indoor 5x10 less than 5 minutes from this unit. After turning in my leave notice I was offered a reduction. Also, when leaving they charged me $4.80. I asked them multiple times to refund it sent my credit card statement to show the charge. As of today I never got it refunded.
