Had a great experience! Office was clean and organized. The manager was very helpful in finding me a unit for my belongings. Even helped show me how to use the new lock. I feel safe and my belongings are secure.

Avoid this place. They raised the price ever few months. Over $100 increase in a year. They have no security cameras, half the security lights don’t work, and the security gate is always open. What’s the point of calling it a secure facility when anyone can come in anytime and no cameras to see who does what. Then they somehow messed up my payment but when I called they told me it was processed properly and I should just ignore future calls. Only to have them charge me an extra $100 for their mistake. Didn’t matter that everything was noted in the account showing that I did everything they asked and it was their mistake. They said they had to request the reimbursement but of course that didn’t happen. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. Just about anything else would be better.

Prime Storage is the way to go for renting storage space. The units at this location are clean and very well maintained. I had a wonderful experience upon securing my rental unit with Nikita! She’s highly professional, polite, and just overall AWESOME to do business with! I will definitely continue renting with this company in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really good experience with Prime Storage. The place was clean, easy to get in and out of, and felt very secure. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was straightforward with no hassle. Pricing was fair and the whole process was smooth. I’d definitely use Prime Storage again and recommend it to anyone needing storage.

Nikita was great setting me up for a unit! I'd definitely recommend this place for your storage needs...that was my initial review based off my first impression. Update: I got an email that said my rent is going up $54 a month after only 2 months of being there! I went to talk to Nikita about it and as soon as I walked in she stopped me in my tracks when I began to speak and said "I'm sorry, I don't mean to interrupt to you (points to a kiosk near the door) and said he can help you at that kiosk". I said " I have to talk to a kiosk?" The agent was on two way video and informed me he was very much a real person and can help. He did bring it down a whole 9 dollars a month! I said good enough I guess and I left. I'll be honest I was not happy about how rude it was to cut me off and just point to a machine and say "he can help you". Aside from that I am not happy about how much they jacked up my rate after just a couple months. I felt like I've been taken advantage of getting a fair rate and then hit me with an increase likely knowing I don't want to move my stuff all over again.
