Leasing Agent was fantastic!

Good facility but Unethical manager

My experience was extremely unpleasant. The manager at this facility has an unpleasant approach and is unprofessional. After dealing with her and her negative comments I decided to take my ID and walk off. I've rented storage here before and I would have left a better review, but management has changes. If you don't mind dealing with a fat, arrogant Caucasian bitch then by all mean go for it but if you are not up for bullshit and live peaceful in your own skin then this is not the place for you. Every day is a bad day for arrogant folks but there is no excuse for lack of empathy and lack of professionalism.

Laurie at this Prime Storage is very friendly, has been a great help in taking care of the details. We started with a unit that was too small. She helped find a larger one and we were able to rent it right away. The customer service team has also been very friendly. Thank you! RLBRAY

Laurie was amazing with check in and getting started on this process. The call center was welcoming too. Best place to rent storage needs and tools to lock everything up. Feel secure and safe with my storage items. Highly recommended this location.

Laurie is the best! I was not having a good moving experience and she made it much better. She helped me find what size storage I would need and answered any and all questions I had. Also, the property is very clean. If you are looking for storage, make sure to go and ask for Laurie!

Received exceptional customer service from Laurie this morning. We were locked out of our unit and assisted us with the resources to get in. She then came and delivered a new lock to us, smiling and laughing the whole time. What a treat, almost wish I had more junk to store here. Thanks Laurie!!

Just moved to the area, Laurie has been instrumental in helping me through the journey. When I had questions about my spot and accessing she picked up and walked me through it. When I got there and needed help I pulled around, she could tell I was stressed and she came out to help get my spot sorted out. This is S Tier customer service and I will 100% be using Prime Storage, I feel like more than just a number, especially with all the care and help Ingot from Laurie, thank you so much!
