We have had a unit for some time and were interested in moving to a smaller space. I was booking on line but had a question and reached a young man who answered all of my questions then referred me to Layla who was in the building. Upon moving to the new space, I connected with Layla who also helped me secure an additional smaller temporary space. She was very quick to make adjustments and followed up with me to make sure we were getting settled in. She is the face of this business and makes everyone feel appreciated. And she made sure that we left with everything we needed. The storage facility on Zonolite is so much nicer than the others nearby, in our opinion. It is clean, light and ever so easy to park to load in and out. Coupled with the great staff, there is no competition!

This Extra Space Storage was referred to us by someone else and now we know why. LAYLA IS THE BUSINESS! She is extremely kind, thorough, and thoughtful with her service. We didn’t need the unit anymore but she almost made me want to stay just because of how personable she is. Highly recommend, but can’t speak to the other employees.

From the call with the operator all the way to the management and facilities, my experience was simple, affordable, and exactly what I needed. I cannot yet speak to the process of ending the rental lease as I just started using this service in the past few days, but so far the staff have been incredible and the facilities well kept! Can't want nor expect much more for a good storage unit and facility.
