Im BIG on good / Excellent (quality) Customer Service it's what DRIVES a Company Forward. In the Office i was Inquiring about a UNIT that I had reserved (Martin) is (soft spoken) but (not good) skilled at direct (Customer Service) as I told Martin (3xs), I'm in a hurry as he keeps taking CALLS to ASSIST them while (we) are in the midst of (my) Service needs. I found this rude and ASKED Martin to please PUT those Callers on HOLD as I am here First and im in a Hurry or CALL THEM Back or they CALL you back. MARTIN (Continued this RUDE behavior) which is not acceptable. So, If you are in LINE at any Counter being SERVICED, (no one) should be allowed to interrupt your process and be serviced (ahead) of (you). At the Grocery Store, Cell phone Company etc. They must WAIT their TURN! Martin kept providing (over the phone) needs to these CALLERS and searching his computer instead of completing the process SERVICE with me. At this point I told him the Final TIME how (Rude) he has been and I got up and walked out. We RATE Companies all the time. My advise to People DO NOT be so (quick to give PRAISE) to a (Company/ Individual) working for a Company because (know) this, They are quick to SMILE in your FACE and overly NICE to get your Business. So wait a FEW before you give them high Ratings. This with Martin and Others is not good service. I will Travel a Distance if I FIND the Service is of Good Integrity on a Regular. One TIME does not Prove Excellence in good Customer Service SKILLS.
I want to personally highlight Mrs. Noah for her outstanding customer service. She was extremely courteous, polite, and professional from start to finish. Her energy made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and she treated me with genuine respect and care. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such kindness and professionalism, and she absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you, Mrs. Noah — you made my experience at Extra Space Storage a great one!
I didn’t wanna give any stars because I was misinformed on my storage that I gotten on 10/20/25 But didn’t move my Stuff in until four days later so they had four days of free service. When I did move my stuff in, there wasn’t any dolly and I was told that I had to go around to look for them, which is so irritating and annoying by Isaiah and Noah. The people who I had helping me move quit on me because of them so I asked for my money back and she told me that I can’t get all my money back because it been past three days Which Isaiah told me that I can move whenever I want. I’ll Never recommend this location to anyone Because they only care about themselves and unprofessional. The first picture is the people who was helping me move from my old storage so you can imagine Having to carry all this stuff by hand to place it in your storage
Noah was an outstanding representative. I really appreciated her poise and customer service. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She told me if ExtraSpace Storage doesn’t have what I need at this specific property they would send me to their sister property which is close by, but I told her that I want this level of service every time so I will come back here only. I like this place, I will keep in touch.
Jasmine was incredibly delightful, incredibly knowledgeable and exceptionally professional. She made sure we were briefed on proper protocol and insurance and rates. I enjoyed my experience. 10/10 recommend.
