The store manager Monique was very professional , quick and helpful! The size unit I picked was perfect for my needs and the gated access, clean climate controlled environment, surveillance and on-site management is amazing! The environment was just so clean and easy to access my items! Recently on 1/8/2026 Brandon helped me extend my contract and make the appropriate changes to fit my budget. He was professional and customer service was top tier! Thank you Brandon so much for your help!! These storage units are spacious, climate controlled and I feel safe going in and out of my unit! The atmosphere is very clean on the Memorial Drive location and the associates are amazing!

Monique and team keep the facility clean and nice. Each communication is easy and helpful. Marcel was a great help as well recently navigating upsizing our units. The prices are high, and ever raising; but that is out of the staffs control. If this is the location you need, it is better than the others nearby.
