Trakita I had a pleasant experience at this store. Normally they don’t treat me as sweet as this person did they’re like I don’t wanna say like business type but they’re like hard and not understanding. I’m like a minute late and she still took the payment. I really appreciate that and I thank you for hiring people like that not people who like step on a minute one minute could’ve called me. I don’t know what you made he is cause I never paid it but anyway I thank you for hiring a person like her thank you.

To whom it may concern. Hello, I am a Long time tenant at your Public Storage Northside Dr, NW property in Atlanta, GA. On Sat, 12-17-25, I visited my unit and discussed my “mold” issues (due to roof leak flooding for years) in my #H-10 unit with Monisha. She was very pleasant and has a positive attitude and very helpful, which I greatly appreciate. If I was owner of a storage facility, I would hire her as a manager in a minute. She’s a “people person” with a great helpful attitude and presents herself well. In my opinion, Attitude is everything! Than you for all of your help, Monisha! Why charge $22 for a lock but will gladly refund you provided you return it unused and purchase the type of lock REQUIRED by the facility?? Why waste peoples time? I never made it past the agreement. I’ve never been known to be required to do this OR have insurance on my property. Huge red flags 🚩 to not rent with you. I’m assuming my rental unit will be broken into and that my things will be destroyed. I’d rather rent somewhere with less liabilities.
