As one of the very first customers, this is a Great place for covered storage of a boat or RV. Best place around the area, hands down! Property is Gated and staffed 24/7 to keep your property secure! Be sure to ask for Bpb, and MOST, importantly, tell him Matt Fisher with the boat sent you over! Bob will take care of you!

Facility manager allowed to me to tow in and store and inoperable vehicle, which I was storing while waiting for parts to arrive for restoration. A few months later I get a call that I either have to make the vehicle operable and insured, or it has to be removed. The same week, I get a notice in the mail of a 30% price increase...pushing the price to almost 10 grand a year for two storage units and a parking spot. At the same time, they are offering new customers a monthly cost of $111/mo for each of those units. Undoubtedly so they can then tell you your contract is month-to-month and start raising your price as well. Avoid this location and it's management at all cost.

Easy process for application online, clean, well organized facility, great customer service! I was very impressed all around. They even have flat carts to help move items for inside units.
