They charge my credit card the rate 2 times every month. The lady always has an excuse and it is an extreme hassle to get your money back!!! She wants to keep the money and not charge rent the following month, which will be charged twice!!! They have several new charges and the rent goes up every 2-3 months. In 1 year, rent has quadrupled! Yes, NOT doubled, but quadrupled! NOT EXAGGERATING!!! I have taken my possessions out now, so I can leave a review now. These things didn't start happening until these storage units were sold, about a year ago. They charged me twice again, and because I took my stuff out, they will not return the money! Good riddance!!!

My experience at Ridge Mini Storage was great.The initial rental was very easy, the unit was clean and easy to access.If I have any question or need to talk to management I just call and they answer promply or return my call within a reasonable time .I would most Definately reccommend Ridge Mini Storage .Their rates are also great especially with the specials they offer.Give them a call for your storage needs.
