Horrible customer service experience. We have a unit at 3439 Carrollton Villa Rica Hwy In Carrollton, GA. I spent four days trying to reach someone—calling repeatedly, leaving messages, and submitting multiple callback requests. No one responded. When I finally got a live person on the phone, I spoke with Gustavo—who then hung up on me mid-conversation. Completely unacceptable. Call back to speak with another agent to be told there was a work order already submitted yesterday but they don’t work on weekends. Agent says that there should be a technician sent out today 8/4 or 8/5. So what are people supposed to do until you get someone out to fix it? How do we access our items? He pretty much said I don’t know what to tell you 🤯 This company clearly does not value its customers, and I will never rent from them again. I’ll be warning others to stay far away from this place. If you need reliable service, look elsewhere.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. To start, I downgraded into the smallest unit 10 Federal Storage offers because they kept raising my monthly rate and I could no longer afford it. (with no explanation ,) After only 3 months of being in the smallest unit, they raised my monthly rate to what I was paying for a larger unit. While I was downsizing and trying to find a way to make all my belongings fit in a smaller unit, I discovered that A LOT of belongings were GONE. My unit was trashed and I was missing so many of my things, things that I can never get back. 10 federal storage REQUIRES you to pay for insurance monthly but they DENIED my claim and I was out half of my belongings with no compensation, no apology, no explination. I’ve tried many times to speak to the property managers and have been denied the right to even talk to them so I’m sure the theft is coming from inside. They will not give me any surveillance video even with a police report and it turns out half of the time the cameras aren’t even running and are such poor quality that you can’t see anything according to the police department. So please for the love of god, do not put your personal belongings in this place. They will lie to you, let you be stolen from, never offer any explanation nor compensation, and over charge you with no repercussions. I also wanted to add that when I downgraded into the smaller unit, they moved me into a unit that was full of sombodies old belongings. I sat outside and called back to back all day with no answer and me and my elder mother had to move it all out by ourselves and move my items in because if I did not have my belongings out of my larger storage unit that day, they would have seized my belongings. This place is crooked and a joke. I’m so disappointed in myself for even trusting the place to begin with and giving them my hard earned money for as long as I did.
