Clean great service. Large unit, easily accessable. Initial move in was confusing, we had to move too another location because the one we were sold wasn't available. But once that was straightened out the experience was great. The initial rate was unbearable and location was perfect since I was selling stuff at the flea market just right up the road. Over all I'd rent there again.

Originally I was happy with my service, but it did start rocky and things only lasted a few months. The unit itself wasn’t bad though my things did accumulate spiders. Not much you can do about that as it is an outside storage unit. However, the issues started when I first got the unit. They gave me an already occupied unit. That’s okay though. Mistakes happen. We’re all human. I called in; I was understanding, and they promptly dealt with the issue. They gave me another, larger unit and informed me they would be keeping the monthly price the same as this was THEIR mistake. At that moment, they did not inform me that at any time it would be changed/increased. That only last for a few months before they sent out a letter to my email to inform me they would be increasing the cost of my unit. I was not happy about this because it felt deceptive and dishonest. Bad business practices. They waited until I was good and settled into my unit to up the cost knowing it would be difficult or a hassle to either remove my things or downsize. Well, I canceled my unit that same day and brought everything into my gaming room. It is packed and uncomfortable, but I don’t believe in giving a company my money when they have such loose morals and can’t do the basic decent thing by keeping their word.

The customer service number and staff are the best. The onsite support/management never returned my request for a phone call to explain why my third rental unit in between two other units was a higher price.

Not good company! I get a Option Unit but they don't give time to get you're things and don't care about u, if you live far away, if u had a problem etc!!! Just dmmm waist all my money and my deposit $...

Stephanie was really great to deal with. She was very helpful in explaining all of our questions. By far one of my best experiences in dealing with someone...and that's a lot coming from someone with severe social anxiety.
