I've rented u hauls from Ms. Wendy.Before and she's been pleasant. Today I went out there and she was even more great drenched and working her butt off. When she l took time to talk to my wife and my children while showing me a unit, because we're looking to move and my wife and I both decided when we rent it will be from her. The best thing Midgard ever did was hiring Ms. Wendy. Thank you Ms Wendy for taking time to make us feel informed and answering every question that we had with a smile.

I’ve had units with Midgard since April of 2024. They have been wonderful to work with, whether I needed another unit or needed to process ending the use of a unit while keeping other units. The Midgard automated system is easy to use, and the live help has been kind and helpful every single time. At one point, Midgard upgraded how they do their locks, and it was a true upgrade that simplified the locks for users and management. A special call out to Reyanna with Midgard who found multiple solutions for me today as I needed to close out one unit and extend the lease on one unit while I’m no longer in state.

I just wanted to take a minute to brag on Wendy because she really deserves it. Every time I've come by my storage unit, she's been nothing but helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. You can tell she actually cares about the people who rent here, not just the job itself. She always greets me with a smile, answers any questions I have, and makes the whole process easy instead of stressful. It's rare these days to find someone who goes out of their way to make sure you're taken care of, but Wendy does exactly that. She keeps the place clean, organized, and safe, and she's always on top of things. I honestly feel better knowing she's the one running the office. If you're looking for a storage place where the staff actually treats you like a person and not just another customer, this is it — and Wendy is a big reason why. I really appreciate her and the way she handles everything
