Mr Vincent is the best. When he is helping you, he breaks down everything for you to understand. He has lots of patience with customers and never gets upset. He got me the best deal for my 10/5 unit. Always keep up with your good spirit. Once again, you are the best. I hope your company knows about all the great efforts you put into your job. Thank you for all you do.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst storage unit facility to rent from! They do not have indoor units in large size like they advertise. I paid for a 10x30 and got issued a 5x10 and they made me pay fees again to rent the correct size unit even though it was their mistake and stated they would issue me a refund. My 10x30 outside unit gets flooded every time it rains and they did not offer to move me to another unit or offer a refund for my payment that month, instead told me to contact the insurance for payment of my damaged items. Also I have only been renting since October and the rent has gone up EVERY month literally!! They recently increased the price to $432 a month!!! For a unit that gets flooded every time it rains! They are ridiculous and do not try to accommodate the customer by any means!
