This is a very nice facility. I'm currently occupying a climate controlled space, which is as easy to access. The facility is secure, in a great location, and pricing WAS fair. BUT- Raised my rent price after 2 months. Raising prices in this industry is the norm. However, this time frame is aggressive compared to others with the a comparable unit like we have waiting up to 6 months for an increase.

This is a new, well-designed and very clean facility. The pricing is very fair and the location very safe and convenient. Candice, the facility manager, is exceptional. She communicated very promptly and thoroughly, stayed late for me to get into a storage space and was super kind and helpful throughout, all while being very personable as well as professional and efficient. I am glad I found this facility and happy to have secured an enclosed garage with power for my boat before all the units are rented out.

Please keep in mind if I had written this review ten months ago I would have had a much different opinion of this storage yard, however things have happened that turned a good experience into a hassle. I was a customer of North Lanier Boat and RV Storage for roughly five years, however the following items progressed to me eventually just leaving and taking my business where I’m appreciated. The first problem I had was after Lori left another employee took control of the storage yard, my perception of this person is that she just doesn’t care about her job or the customer. I will leave it at that. The next issue is they rented the space directly next to mine to a person that stores an oversized boat. The space is way too small for his boat therefore he’s into my space as well. I can’t open my underbelly door, nor can I walk between his boat and my RV. I’ve made several complaints about my fear of the owner taking the side of my RV off while pulling in or out of his spot however my concerns just fell on deaf ears. In addition the wash station seems to have issues, the water will turn off while using it and will stay off for about ten minutes then will come back on. Not sure why and really don’t think they care. The final straw was the notice I received stating they were increasing my rates. That pushed me into looking to see what else is available. I found several beautiful storage yards with free full time 30/50 amp hookups, dump stations, free vacuums, free air, free WiFi for my cameras and much higher quality of security for close to the same price as their new rates. If the new manager had been more receptive to my concerns I would still be there today, plus the review would have been much better. If you are looking for a lukewarm non caring experience then I recommend North Lanier Boat and RV Storage.
