Incredibly easy to rent with a very personable staff that care about more than just taking the money online. The facilities are well cared for and the manager can even assist with providing a lock for a small charge. A very small charge. The quick method of renting online and easy way of canceling the rental mean that if I ever need temporary storage space in the future, I'll be coming back. Strongly recommended.

We used Full Basement Storage in Dahlonega for 9 months and had no issues. The staff was always very responsive to questions and emails, and billing was very easy. We visited the storage unit multiple times and never had a problem getting in or accessing our things. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.
