5 stars to Ashley for good customer service but that can only do so much. Specially when she is off and random co workers cover her shift and mess up her hard work. Letting homeless people rent when she is not there. She needs an assistant manager, is not fair she handles 2 bldngs on her own. This place is NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN. After 6+ months of renting here and waiting for the homeless issue to be handle just couldn't do it anymore. They are getting violent and even tried to fight the district manager. They are walking around and coming out of different doors trying to intimidate the good customers. They bring take out food inside and we now have roaches. We never did. They even do laundry in the shop nxt door walking distance and let it dry infront of everybody. They have no shame or respect for the manager. Also there are like 2 of 3 different owners and they allow their friends to work inside, bring ice, bring groceries, spill water on the carts we use and smells like chemicals so the items we store smell like those chemicals too. Not sure what it is. People looks like they are on drugs. I've seen a guy drinking beer living in his car. Everybody does whatever they want. Too much drama for only 1 person to handle. I don't want another response here or an email with excuses from corporate, just wanted to inform people before they rent in this location. Specially women.

My experience thus far for over a year at Extra Space Storage in Doraville has been awesome! The manager is warm and welcoming each and every time I stop by the office or we happened to see her around the the property. It's always clean and I feel safe storing my belongings in a well gated and quiet storage on location. I've met other customers while on property loading and unloading who share positive vibes and who have been helpful. I commend management for providing great business too to bottom and actually bought another storage for my parent to store her extra things since the rates are outstanding as well! I recommend anyone in the area patronize 3810 Pleasantdale Rd 30340 location and speak with the delightful manage, Ashley and understand just how great you feel about doing good business with a professional with such great hospitality and willingness to work with the customers. Great JOB!
