I thought my payment was late, but he took the time to check and let me know it was actually on time. That simple reassurance really made my weekend. Came here to see if this was better because I have a homeless issue with the current Extra Storage I am at, and this is who were ready to jump to talk to me. 2 homeless guys! 😅😂😭 I told the manager that dude came out walking on his property and he said he couldn't do anything about it.

I rented a unit here while moving apartments and had no issues. The place was clean and felt secure, and getting in and out was simple. Staff was friendly when I signed up and explained everything clearly. Would use again if I needed storage.
