This place in Forsyth, GA is nasty. I rented 2 units for one month. Gate was broken for the first two weeks so our belongings were not secure. Rats chewed through all of my cables, bedding, bags, washer & dryer drains and cords ect… everything is ruined. We text the owner or Manager and no response. Please spend the money to rent a facility that properly taken care of.

Don't use this storage facility! It is RAT infested big WOLF RATS at that not small field mice either!! MANAGEMENT KNOWS YET REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, they advise putting it on my homeowners insurance!! So basically my homeowners insurance will go up due to their negligence!! My stuff was DESTROYED by RATS!! EVERYTHING I OWN IS DESTROYED by their RATS they chewed through all of my cords tv DVD washer dryer chewed through to the gray water in the washer destroyed them both brand new unit's, Bedding, the rats even ate 5 quarts of motor oil and a 3 pack of crest pro health toothpaste! I paid this place for 2 unit's for over a year to keep my stuff nice and safe, I even only used boxes I bought from uhaul to keep my things nice, only to find out that their RATS either chewed through and ate everything I owned or cracked Flat screenTV screens!! There's a reason they are so cheap!! Rats! Rats! Rats!! Shame on Eagle self storage for not speaking up and telling the customers once they knew about the RAT INFESTATION and Shame on them to keep accepting new customers and an EVEN BIGGER SHAME ON THEM FOR NOT TREATING THE RAT INFESTATION WITH A PROPER PEST CONTROL!! MONEY HUNGRY JERKS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYONE'S BELONGINGS!! KARMA IS ALL I CAN SAY BECAUSE ABSOLUTELY NOBODY DESERVES TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE ARE GOING THROUGH NOT JUST US BUT THEIR OTHER CUSTOMERS TOO!!
Lone WolfI moved 1000 miles away from GA. I had my stuff stored here. When i returned to GA to get my stuff 2 flat screen TVs were stolen!!!!! Police did nothing bc i "allowed them" access to my unit. They used the spare key and helped themselves.
