The office is also very nice. 98% of my communication with Tamara was over the phone and text. She went above and beyond my expectations and made our drop-off as smooth as can be, despite it being a rainy day! She was incredibly accommodating to our wacky schedule, her responses were timely, and she was 1000% a joy to work with. Top-notch customer service!

With only two days left, I pulled into the Forsyth Self Storage at 5:30 PM—just as Tamara, the property manager, was getting into her car to head home. Instead of leaving, she didn't hesitate for a second. Even though she was technically 'off the clock,' she stayed to secure a rental unit for me and reserved a U-Haul to make sure I was taken care of. Throughout the entire process, she treated me with such genuine compassion and empathy during one of the hardest weeks of my life. When I showed up the next morning to begin the move, I found a heartfelt sympathy card she had left for me.
