From the initial phone call which was quite professional and efficient and easy all the way to opening up the door to my storage room was absolutely clean and the area is very private and secure. Great job.

Facility is pretty clean. Entry keypad is on the passenger side, making it a bit awkward. Process to rent was a tad convoluted but pretty straight forward. Facility changes keypad code regularly which is a plus. Have no complaints of the condition of facility. I have limited interaction with staff, but what I have has been pleasant enough.

So, at first, it was great service. I mean, great was there for 3 years. So when I decided to move out and started moving my stuff out, rats had infested my clothes and made nests, yes, multiple nests. Thank God they didn't chew up my now deceased grand fathers parting gifts. Everything else was just nasty. I burned all my clothes that were in there. To make it all worse, I spoke with a man who worked there he said he'd get back with me after the maintenance crew looked at it so they could confirm that rats were there. Never heard back from him. Instead, a week later, they just charged my card and said I'm moved out. No call, no text saying we checked the room just charged me for a cleaning fee. I'm very disappointed in the customer care that was provided. I paid the insurance fee and lost around 500 dollars or more clothes. I just needed a call back to confirm it was infested. They wanted to keep it quiet, so never rent from the newnan location unless you want your valuables destroyed and you still get charged!!!!!

I have not been to my storage unit this year since the new supposed owners have taken over. I know they raised insurance prices on the units. The times that I have gone I wasn't satisfied because it was hard to get in and out of the gate. There never was anyone there to talk to, also garbage was outside up by the office. I don't know why they raised prices when they didn't upkeep the place. Very poor management.

This location is great for me. It's very secure. My belongings are safe and dry at Ms Lillians. I especially like the electronic gate operated by keypad entry/ exit.
