This is a very nice facility. Abby was very helpful in getting us in the right spot for our motorhome at a reasonable price. We haven’t moved in yet, but there appears to be plenty of room for maneuvering.

We have been using the Midgard Storage facility for our toy hauler for a few months now. We had cancelled the lease as we thought we were selling the trailer but our plans changed. We needed to renew the lease. Lexx Gordon was so helpful in getting my lease renewed. She kept us in the same space at the same rate with the same access code. Lexx was very easy to deal with and took care of everything graciously. It's rare these days to deal with people who take pride in their work and care for their customers. Lexx is one of those special people.

Lex was wonderful. Her customer service is beyond reproach, and she is a pure problem solver. She was absolutely wonderful. If I have another problem, she is the person who I would Call to solve it

We had an issue getting into the gate this evening. Called the number on the e gate and Dave W answered. He was amazing! He took time to listen and help us. Previous experiences with Midguard have not been good. I usually speak with people who aren’t very knowledgeable and certainly aren’t customer friendly. We honestly have been thinking of moving our 4 sites to a different company. After my experience with Dave tonight we will be staying. Midguard should have Dave W train all new employees on how to speak to customers. Representatives are not always going to be able to give customers what they want that’s just business. However, respect, patience and knowing how to speak to customers appropriately is imperative. If you call Midguard ask for Dave W!
