Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. 1 star is actually being nice. They offer decent monthly pricing that’s all! If you want your belongings to be damaged by the strong smell of mold and find roaches in all your packaged boxes, then this is the place. Not only is the parking hard to get into and there’s no real place to load and unload your stuff, the inside is not kept up to par at all. You’re better off paying the extra money to use Public Storage! At least they have standards. Thank goodness this is the last month my fiancé and I will be using this place.

The whole experience was so smooth. The price was right. Everyone was so helpful, they stayed on the phone with me all the way thru the online process to make sure I had all the info I needed to be able to go straight to my unit and be able to access it when I got there thank u!!!

Had water intrusion into my unit, ruining much of what I was storing in there. A/C seemed to be kept at about 85 degrees, which is not what I expect for climate control and did little to pull moisture out of the unit after it leaked. Customer service is very hard to reach. I had to send multiple emails and make multiple phone calls just to cancel my unit after moving out. The facility is very difficult to get in/out of. Don't even think about bringing a big moving truck. Honestly, I would have overlooked the other issues had the facility not leaked. But come on, you have one job...

Tiffany the manager is the best she is so attentive to your needs as a renter and is always willing to do anything she can to be helpful... Kris the grounds facilator for the property is also amazing and is always doing a great job on the property...

Extreme pricing increases over the past year. From $75 to $191. I can barely afford the unit now. I've had to switch units due to the ceiling caving in, the new unit also caved in. I gave up trying to save my stuff, I've lost over 5 grand in belongings. They are of no help when it happens, just offer a new unit IF they have one available.
