This location is the best one in the area. Sharon exhibits excellent customer service. After renting a uhaul from this location once before and experiencing her great customer service. I decided to rent a storage unit. Her exuberant attitude is the same when welcoming me into the office at general storage Lovejoy location. Whether it's early in The day or close to closing. I know then I didn't make a mistake continuing to do business with this location. I would highly recommend renting a uhaul or storage unit when sharon is working.

The employees offer great customer service. The general manager son Jeremiah was an excellent excellent excellent employee he is no longer with the company but the two ladies the mother and another young lady that is in there are wonderful people they not only manage your account but they also show care and concern in a very helpful they go above and beyond with their customer service my family and I had two units but we downsize recently to just one for the family budget we hope to eventually get rid of the last unit but at least we know we can get good customer service from this property! #441
