The customer service people that answered the phone were very helpful. They were able to tell me About availability, cost, and location of the facility without any issue. Customer service is available 24 hours as is the facility. The security at the facility seems top-notch, and my storage unit was impeccable. I would recommend R And R Highly.

After renting from R&R storage for 11 months, they increased the cost of my unit by 30% - absolutely ridiculous and a very poor way to run a business. To be clear, I understand business costs increase and as such expect nominal annual increases. However, a 30% increase is a sign of very poor management. You should be very wary of doing business with this company.
