Update: I was able to get assistance from both Codi and Summer. Summer did everything she could to fix the situation which resulted in me continuing business here! They have both been great. It was explained that they all work across multiple location which may result in people not in office. I do hope public storage fixes the phone system though! Left an amazing review for this place about 2 years ago only to absolutely regret it. I see reviews about someone being in office, yet every time I try to go in to speak to the manager, the door is locked and no number allows you to actually speak to someone. All I wanted to do was upgrade my unit size but after all the trouble, I cancelled it entirely and will be moving to another business. Sure you might be able to get a unit but good luck getting any help afterwards.

We went in to get a storage unit, & we met Joanna! She is amazing! She answered all of our questions & she helped us pick the right size unit to hold all of our stuff. the place is super clean & the customer service is outstanding.
