Only reason 4 out of 5 stars was partly reasons beyond their control. No less than a month since I had put my belongings in storage a thief broke in and stole from several units mine included. But aa far as getting a unit quickly, cheaply, and smoothly no complaints.

The units have some new doors. The company is very professional and will try and help you in any way concerning rental units. The only draw back is the units are not climate controlled which would be a plus for the company. All in all they are a good company.

So far has been a decent experience having storage with lillians self storage. Had one incident last year or so with the maintenance guy cutting our personal lock off to replace the lock thing and not telling us. We didn't even know until we was sent a message stating we was in violation of it. Quick fix. Haven't had another issue.

My husband and I have just revelry rented a storage unit for the first time and Ms. Lillian’s has been such an easy and great process. We definitely feel our things are safe and secure and if we ever have a question they are so quick to answer!
