đ¨SNAPBOX SELF STORAGE INCIDENT đ¨ Date: October 23, 2025 Go Store It Self-Storage / Snapbox/ 5065 Sugarloaf Parkway Lawrenceville, GA 30044 Posting this here because I can never get anyone on the phone in s timely mannrt. Itâs a beautiful indoor self storage facility. Very poor management and process. Today I went to Snapbox Self Storage/ 5065 Sugarloaf Parkway Lawrence, GA 30044 to retrieve my belongings, only to find that everything was gone. Yes, the bill was paid! I still have my facility access and show a zero balance in the customer portal. When I first rented a storage unit, I was assigned Unit 3026, but when I arrived to move in, that unit was already occupied. I put my belongings into Unit 3068 instead â which I did and have the emails and photos to prove it. See the attached email on August 13 where I notified them that the portal still showed unit 3026. Fast forward to today: when I arrived at my unit (3068), every single item was missing. The locked drilled. The unit swept clean. These werenât just boxes â they were personal items, memorabilia, and priceless belongings that can never be replaced. No notification. Yes, the bill was paid. When I logged into my Snapbox portal, it still shows that Iâm renting Unit 3026 â the wrong unit â which my key doesnât even open and someone elses belongings are in. Iâve been charged every month, despite multiple emails to Snapbox about the mix-up, and there is no on-site manager to speak with because its a virtual storage process. (See attached emails) I called customer support after one month of renting because I was still being charged the rate of the old unit even though the new unit that I moved into was smaller and they sent a notification out that they were increasing the rental rate by 70% . When you call you speak to a virtual assistant named Amber and it takes up to 48 hours to hear back from a human. When they did return my phone call the agent was super rude and basically told me that I was locked in on this contract rate even though it was confirmed that I was moved to unit 3068. After contacting law enforcement, the responding officers confirmed that the facilityâs indoor cameras were not working, meaning there is no available footage of who entered my unit or when. Iâve also requested a refund, documentation of all access logs, and written proof of when (or if) my unit was opened or auctioned off. Iâm sharing this publicly because no customer should experience this. I followed all instructions, paid (now realizing for a unit that my belongings werenât even in), and trusted that my belongings were secure but they werenât. If you rent from Snapbox, please check your unit, verify your account information, and confirm that your facility cameras are functional. This is unacceptable, and I will not stop until this is resolved

I love that they have carts available; it makes loading and unloading so much easier. The place looks clean, safe, and well kept. Overall, Iâm really happy with the storage place I chose!
