I was told the width of the space rented is the width of door. Not true. The roller door is 2 inches smaller than the width if the space.

We Store our new pontoon here its clean, well lit at nite ,they have cameras positioned all over the property, I love the electric gate you have to put a code in , the Owners can be found on property they are super friendly and the staff also not a worry for us when we drop it off

Terrible experience, my rent has gone up 3 times in one year since these people have taken over. Their accounting is terrible and tack fees that are not inline with your account status. They put a $75 auction fee on my account after the 6th day of nonpayment when their contract states 2-3 months. I have rented other spaces before and never experienced these fees.

My Place took over management and changed some things without notifying me via call, email nor text. On 8/01 I entered the property to drop my trailer. On 08/02 @ 430a I come back to retrieve my trailer so I can go to work but was denied gate access. That's when I learned the gate access is from 6a-10p although online it states 24/7 access for members with accounts. Well to my dismay, at 6am the gate was still not accessible. For hours I tried to contact My Place management but was unsuccessful. This has been a very unprofessional experience with My Place. Plus, I'm still late for work.
