One of the best things about Freeup Storage is the personnel from managers to the virtual managers at the kiosk who happen to be real people, by the way. One of them stands out in particular , her name is Sierra, manager of Freeup Storage's Dove street location. Sierra is very kind and thoughtful. She was particularly innovative in assisting me with my rental and concerns I had with how to effectively close-out at the end of my Freeup Space rental term. Sierra is an effective manager who informed me of many perks and best ways to make the most of renting. I'm very grateful for Freeup Storage, because they are local to the area. The rental rates are very reasonable also. Dove St location is clean, neat and secure behind the locked gate. Yes , I will gladly rent from free up storage again. Sierra, you are one of the reasons why a bell rang this Christmas, keep being your beautiful angelic self!

Especially Sierra, who helped us this year. The facilities are always clean. With their tight security, we also rest assured that our valuables are safe. So close and convenient for Mercer University students, too.

Well as far as my service today, Janice was Super, she helped out tremendously and was very pleasant to talk too! Janice really went over and above and provided me Great Service!!! For Janice’s Service - I Give her a 5 Star As far as my unit, I think you are too high/too expensive, and expecially for an outdoor unit. I have another unit, and it’s an indoor unit at another storage company and their indoor units are cheaper than your outdoor unit. Your outdoor unit have just destroyed my belongings that I’ve stored at your facility, to the point where I can’t even use my items that had been stored in your units/facility. I am very upset and displeased with that. For FREEUP Facility Service - 0 Stars - Just Horrible Storage Accommodations
