AleshiaI have had multiple storage unites and 5 months ago I switched from one storage unit to mission self storage because of their promotion at the time. This storage unit is convient. Open 24/7 always able to access my belongings via an app on my play store. Not only that but life happened and bills started to pile up I had to prioritize my bills and keep a roof over my kids head deemed more important. As a result I was late on my payments next thing u know another month goes by and I’m late and can’t make a payment. Then another month goes by and I can’t seem to catch up. I got a call from vanesssa with mission self storage and she helped me make a settlement to keep my unit before going to auction the following weeek. I am so grateful for the patients and understanding. Mission self storage has shown me grace and I can keeep my things. 5 star rating!!!

The only reason I can’t give a 5 star is because the signal at the gate is very weak. You have to get out of your vehicle if you’re alone and get close to the receiver box for it to open, coming and going..
