I only give this rating because of your current employee Sheneka. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and watched the rates go up and up and used to get no help years ago. I must say what I was paying was ridiculously expensive. I had to get my stuff out and was stressed about it. On my day of my move out I meet a wonderful spirit that changed my whole day. Sheneka was excellent and was so helpful and attentive. She turned my whole day around with her bright personality and willingness to help with anything needed. She is the best and really great with people. I told her it's people like her that makes us what to tell the world about how there is still good customer service out there and caring individuals. Thanks again Sheneka. They are lucky to have you!

Sheneka is amazing. She helped me with my move-in needs and got me the best unit for my move. She was very detailed and informative when it came to the process. I love the fact that it was basically a one stop shop for me, being that I needed my moving supplies, I got all of my moving supplies while there, which I didn’t know they would have. The property is very clean and her personality was great, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you for your help Sheneka! You were a major help with my unexpected move! Especially being that this is my first time renting a storage. Plus, you can’t beat the cost. It so worth it. If you need a storage unit, this is the location to come to.
