This facility was broken into. That’s not the issue, the issue is the company refuses to communicate. I’ve left message after message, email after email and no response from their corporate office or insurance company about my STOLEN PROPERTY. It’s been over a month and NOTHING! No response, no call, no email. Just playing the waiting game on my hard earned things that they seem like they don’t want to replace. I WOULD NOT recommend this place. RUN AWAY, don’t walk. You’ll move and won’t have anything you actually put in there. Yes there were police involved. I have the police report and after I contacted the insurance company with proof they disappeared.

Had a great experience. I rented a unit for 2 months very nice but cheap. I had an issue with the door once and was immediately repaired.

Needed a storage unit immediately. Went online and selected USA storage. Easy application and received a confirmation almost immediately. Contacted the number for details and payment and spoke to Camille. Ms. Camille was so polite, professional, explained everything in detail and I was able to pay for and get a unit in almost no time! Bravo Camille and USA storage for making a difficult time a little easier!
