⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! I rented a unit online with Bob White Storage and ran into an issue accessing the entrance gate late on a Saturday after the office had already closed. I called the main number and hung up, expecting to wait until Monday after receiving the standard “out of office” message. To my surprise, I immediately received a text from Caryl, who went above and beyond to help me get everything straightened out and gain access to my unit. They absolutely did not have to respond after hours, but they did, and they made the entire situation stress-free and smooth. Caryl is a fantastic representative and a true asset to Bob White Storage. Excellent service, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend!
